• Reservation Confirmation:
• All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you have completed the booking process and received a confirmation from Roots Ghana.
• To secure your reservation, full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Full Payment Requirement:
• All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking to guarantee your spot.
• Payment can be made via major credit or debit cards.
• Once full payment is received, your booking becomes confirmed and binding.
• Payment Deadlines & Schedule:
• For tours requiring installment payments, the schedule and due dates will be specified at the time of booking.
• The final payment must be received by the due date indicated in your invoice or booking confirmation.
• Non-Refundable Payments:
• All payments made to Roots Ghana are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• This policy is in place due to contractual obligations with our Ghanaian partners, hotels, airlines, and activity providers.
• Late Payments:
• If the final payment is not received by the due date, Roots Ghana reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund and to charge late fees if applicable.
• Changes to Bookings:
• Name changes, modifications, or any alterations after booking may be subject to additional fees and must be communicated in writing.
• Changes may also be subject to availability and supplier policies.
• Automatic Billing:
• By booking with Roots Ghana, you agree to be enrolled in our automatic billing plan, which will process scheduled payments on the dates specified in your invoice.
• You authorize Roots Ghana to charge your credit/debit card for these payments.
• You agree not to dispute proper charges and understand that cancellation of your booking must follow our cancellation policy.
• Booking Restrictions:
• Bookings are not considered confirmed until full payment is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations if payment is not made by the deadline.
